Rebecca Roan is the author of Dragons Get Colds Too and Charlie and the Octopus. She is a recipient of the PEN New England Children’s Books Discovery award. She holds a BS in Human Development and Family Studies from Penn State University and an MA in Children’s Literature and an MFA in Writing for Children from Simmons College.
